Spraycon is a shotcreting machine, specially designed for underground and mining Works. It's electrical powered for the spraying function and for the sprayer arm, but it has the possibility of doing all movements of the sprayer arm by diesel.

underground and mining works needing strength and flexibility. Central joint

Diesel DEUTZ type TD 2011 L04i, 54,5 kW (74hp) at 2500 rpm. 36 kW (48,9 hp) at 1500 rpm water-oil cooled. Provided with catalyst.
Electrical engine LAFERT type AMC225MN4 30 kW (40 hp) at 1500rpm at 50with protection IP 65 and provided with PTC probe to protect it by temperature.

TRANSMISSIONS:- Translation: Hydrostatic translation automatic regulated. Electric lever for changing movement direction. Linde Pistons pump model HPV 55-02 (55cc) variable flow elastically applied to diesel engine. Linde pistons translation engine model HMV 75-02 (75cc) Variable cylinder capacity mounted onto the reducer carcass.

- Pumping: Bosch-Rexroth A10V71 (71 cc) pistons pump directly applied to the electrical engine elastically applied.
- Arm: Gears pump (16cc) applied to pumping pump.
- Services: gears pump (16cc) applied to translation pump used for brakes,
steering, stabilizers, and safety for gathering the sprayer arm up.
- Brush: gears pump (5cc) applied to services pump, used for turning
projection pipe.

BRAKES: Internal discs oil bathed on front wheels by hydraulic action, with a reserve
brake even with the engine stopped for safety Negative parking brakes on rear axle, hydraulic activated.

DIFFERENTIAL AXLES: Monolithics, fixed and rigid front axle. Fixed and rigid rear axle. Four wheels traction

STEERING: Hydraulic on the central joint.

DRIVER PLACE:Fixed on a 90º angle according to translation direction, for easing the way in and out the tunnels. Operator protection according to the European normative
(ROPS-FOPS)

SPRAYING ARM: Telescopic with three hydraulic extensions, hydraulic cylinders protected against aggressions.

DOSING UNIT: BREDEL peristaltic pump model SP-25 electrical activated, dosage hand regulated, according for non alkaline additives, aluminates y silicates. Maximum pressure 7.5 bar, maximum flow 720 l/h.

PUMPING UNIT: SCHWING pump model P 0618-80/50 HD, theoretical development 20 m3/h, maximum pressure on concrete 60 bar. Diameter of transfer cylinders 180 mm, routing of transfer cylinders 630 mm maximum strokes per minute 32.

TUBES: Steel tubes and hoses for concrete transfer of 65 mm diameter..
